  • What happens if my access data get lost?

Don’t worry. Just click on the link "Forgot your Password" and complete the wizard to recover passwords and / or user name, indicating the email address used to register. In a short time you will receive an email to reset your login.

  • How do I  place an order?

Before you place an order, you need to find products to purchase. The categories of available products on the site are listed next to the Logo on the top of the page. If you have not a clear idea of ​​where to find the product you are looking for, you can use the "Search" which is located on every page of the site.

Once you are in the product sheet, verify the availability, choose the weight or size you desire (only for products that have more than one weight or size) and the quantity, then you can click on "Add to Cart"; in this way the product will be placed in the cart.

In case you want to buy more than one unit of the same product, you can do both in the product sheet, by entering the number of units you want to buy before clicking "Add to Cart", or later when you are in your cart.

To complete the order, at the top right there is the "Cart" that makes you a summary of the quantities and prices of the products you have put in it, at this point you can continue your shopping by clicking in the lower left corner "Add products" or finalize your purchases by clicking on the lower right "Proceed with the purchase." To proceed with the purchase you need to register or if you already have an account, enter your email and password to login. Now proceed in the section "Address" verifying or inserting the invoicing and delivery addresses and click "Next". In the section  "Shipping" choose the delivery method you prefer and click "Next" . In the following section "Payment",  you can choose the method of payment to complete the order.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

The confirmation of order's receipt is sent to the email address provided during the conferment of the order. In general, all orders received before 12:00 a.m.  will be prepared and sent to the carrier within 24/48 hours from order. Orders received on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • What are the payment methods?

You can choose the method of payment in the "Payment" at the time of your order.

 - Payment by Paypal: if you have a PayPal account, select this payment method in the order confirmation page; with this method the number of your credit card is encrypted and protected and you can pay online by simply indicating the e-mail address and Paypal password. Opening a Paypal account is easy and free, you have just to register at www.paypal.com and you are ready to buy.

- Payment by bank transfer: the bank details to make the transfer will be communicated to the customer via e-mail with the order summary.

  • Which are the times and delivery costs?

Deliveries in Italy are carried out within 1-2 working days after taking charge of the carrier, with the exception of the islands where deliveries will take place within 2-3 working days.

Shipping costs for Italy are € 7,90 fixed, without any distinction based on the weight and destination.

  • What happens if the carrier does not find anyone at the time of delivery?

The courier will contact the customer on the telephone number indicated during registration to arrange the delivery. In the absence of the customer, he will be contacted to arrange a second delivery attempt.
