LIQUORE NOCINO - FRA AMEDEO

The story of a gift. An ancient Franciscan recipe given in custody by Friar Amedeo to the De Beaumont family in the early 1900s has become a delicious liqueur to accompany every meal. Made, according to tradition, with Irpinian walnut husk hand-picked during the night of St. John's, on June 24th, and infused with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.

About Azienda Agricola Fabio de Beaumont

The farm De Beaumont is a small artisan reality located in Castelvetere, a small village in the province of Avellino crossed downstream by the river Calore. Everything here is family-run and it is run by Fabio, assisted by his grandmother Sandra and his father Francesco. Since 1600 the De Beaumont family has always been dedicated to the production of wine and liquors, to rediscover the smells and tastes of Irpinia. In this context, tradition and innovation coexist harmoniously, respecting nature, the short supply chain and the territory. Link with the past and look towards the future, this is the mission of this small great reality.
